Bilingual International Materials Trading Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Bilingual International Materials Trading Coordinator is responsible for working with suppliers of materials, freight companies, and consumers to arrange timely pickup and delivery of goods. This person must be able to work well under pressure and communicate in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in written form, with coworkers and customers in a respectful manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Generate invoices and payables based on company processes and procedures

Responsible for accurately entering data into company software systems





Work closely with brokerage customers in accordance with PO terms and conditions regarding material pickup and delivery

Review purchase and sales contract entries submitted by commercial group for accuracy and sends finalized contracts to suppliers and consumers

Develop and create reports as needed for internal and external customers utilizing various reporting tools

EDUCATION
completed bachelor's degree
