**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Provide timely responses to findings and corrective actions resulting from audits.
- Ensure compliance with specific requirements from automotive customers such as BMW, KIA, and GM, among others.
- Coordinate the creation, control, and updating of procedures, work instructions, and system formats.
- Support the management of quality indicators and continuous improvement plans.
- Coordinate training related to the quality management system.
- Participate in management reviews and system improvement projects.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality management systems within the automotive industry.
**Knowledge**:
- IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3
- Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Internal and third-party audits




- Specific requirements from automotive customers (BMW, KIA, GM, among others)
**Skills**:
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Leadership and effective communication
- Analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D)
- Availability: Willingness to travel and attend audits at plant or customer sites.
