**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support project execution from pre-construction through close-out.
This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple active projects, maintaining documentation accuracy, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting field and office teams in all project phases.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**
- Support Project Managers in coordinating design, construction, and inspection activities.
- Help manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones across multiple projects.
- Track meeting minutes, action items, follow-ups, and deliverables.
**Technical & Administrative Support**
- Manage documentation, including submittals, RFIs, logs, and project correspondence.
- Assist with permitting, expediting, and inspection processes to keep projects moving.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, vendors, and city officials.
**Field & Stakeholder Support**
- Assist in resolving field-related issues by gathering information, coordinating resources, and following up with teams.
- Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders.
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in construction or project management (Owners Rep, GC, or Construction Management firm preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam and Procore project management platforms.
- Experience supporting permitting, inspections, and expediting processes.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Positive, resourceful attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
