We’re currently recruiting students for our Mexico Strategic Student Program. Our intern positions will allow you to find a career path that most inspires you. Here, you will apply your education to solve real-world problems and turn theory into practice. At Siemens, our goal is to empower our students to become the next leaders of our company.

In this role you will be helping our users by ensuring their products are installed properly, and also with their account and support related inquiries.

What You Will Do:

Create and maintain Digital Content

Provide Licensing and Installation support

Provide support for Computer hardware and Operating Systems and Graphics Drivers

Perform the role of a Support Coordinator

Provide support for Altair One account related inquiries

What You Will Need:

Being an active university student with a graduation date from December 2026 to June 2027

Majoring in Engineering

Availability to work Half-time

English language – advanced proficiency

Hybrid – Mexico City

Knowledgeable in computer hardware, and operating systems

Ability to collaborate with all levels of technical users and management

Excellent presentation skills

Aptitude for solving engineering problems





Good communication skills (Oral and Written)

Strong interpersonal skills

Eager to learn new things

Knowledgeable in Installation and Licensing (preferred)

An expert in Windows and Linux operating systems (preferred)
