Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production schedules across multiple production lines by balancing capacity and material constraints to meet customer demand and service level targets
Level load production schedules to optimize capacity utilization, improve Available To Promise (ATP) accuracy, and ensure stable execution
Own and maintain master data settings (ATP, lead times, and time fences) to ensure accurate planning inputs and executable schedules
Own and manage product lead-times, including determining lead-times for large quantity orders and responding to lead-time inquiries based on material and capacity constraints
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve scheduling constraints and expedite requests to support customer commitments
Lead cross‑functional discussions in key operational forums (lead‑time extension recovery efforts and monthly SIOP meetings) to align schedules, resolve constraints, and drive execution
Support cross‑site coordination to balance production and ensure execution to plan
Lead or support cross‑functional projects to drive improvements in scheduling processes, lead‑time performance, and execution efficiency
About You
You take ownership of outcomes and are driven to deliver results in complex, fast‑paced environments. You effectively partner across functions to align priorities, resolve constraints,
and ensure execution to plan. You maintain a strong focus on meeting customer commitments, balancing competing demands to deliver reliable service and lead‑time performance. You quickly adapt to changing conditions, continuously improving processes and building your knowledge of systems, supply chain dynamics, and manufacturing constraints. You bring structure and discipline to planning activities, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, and material availability to create executable schedules. You think beyond day‑to‑day execution, anticipating risks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving decisions that support long‑term operational performance.
