Job Description Ensure the reliability of machinery in accordance with the Company's Safety and Quality requirements, through best maintenance practices considering analysis of equipment performance information and plant production priorities.
Diagnose and repair issues related to PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, and industrial control systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DC drives, servo motors, and motion control systems.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities for control and drive systems.
Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Recommend improvements for obsolete systems and plan migrations.
Support safety system validation (e.g., safety PLCs, emergency circuits).
Maintain documentation, electrical drawings, and control schematics.
Provide technical training and guidance to maintenance technicians.
Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.

Qualifications Education/Certification: Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic).
Professional Experience (Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience): Minimum of 4 years of experience. Knowledge of electrical controls, servos, DC and AC drives, PLCs, pneumatics, basic mechanics, servohydraulics, programming languages, communication protocols, and measurement and control equipment and techniques.
Project and/or Process Experience: Electronic equipment integrators or metalworking rebuilding companies, Automotive or metalworking industry.
Leadership Experience: Project Management.
Experience as leader.
