Join our team as a **Lead Atlassian Administrator**, focusing on managing, optimizing, and automating our Jira Cloud instance.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and configure Jira Cloud environments to meet organizational requirements
- Develop, test, and implement automation rules within Jira Cloud to improve workflows
- Set up and maintain Jira projects, schemes, workflows, permissions, and notifications
- Monitor and troubleshoot Jira Cloud issues, providing timely resolutions
- Document configurations, workflows, and processes within Jira Cloud
- Create user guides and training materials to support team members
- Provide ongoing support for Jira Cloud users and address issues promptly
- Write and maintain basic Python scripts to support automation and integration tasks
- Assist with Jira process automation using Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps team to integrate Jira with infrastructure managed by Terraform
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator with expertise in Jira Cloud (5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of Jira Cloud administration including configuration, automation, and troubleshooting
- Experience in Python scripting for automation purposes
- Familiarity with Terraform and experience automating processes using it
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for documentation and training
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
