Overview
The Assistant Professional will participate in the golf operation including all services offered at the golf course and collaborate with the Golf Maintenance Department and Retail Operations. They will excel at Tournament Operations, including the use of Tournament Software and a fantastic attention to detail.

The Assistant Professional will interact with Members and their guests with the highest professionalism. They will look for opportunities to improve the member experience and operation at every turn. They will assist in the creation & management of Tournaments that will excite and entice as many facets of the Membership as possible.
The Assistant Professional will manage and direct the Player Assistance Team. They will strive to infuse a family / team mentality throughout the staff and will look for opportunities to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Player Assistance Team whenever possible.

Experience Required

Excellent communication skills

Eagerness to improve all areas in an innovative way

Associate or Class A Professional with the PGA of America, Canada or Mexico

Proficient in all programs within Microsoft Office suite

Expertise in tournament software such as Golf Genius or similar program

Work 48 Hour National work week

Maintains a close interdepartmental relationship to avoid and resolve inconveniences / issues that could impact golf experience

Interprets and enforces the Club’s golf rules and regulations to maintain an appropriate member experience

Teaches Golf Clinics and Lessons as well as continually develop the instructional programming

Adheres to all state, and local laws regarding health, safety, and Employment

Create camaraderie and manage culture within talents and members

Welcomes club members / their guests and builds relationships.

Delivers outstanding and consistent levels of service.Service-based attitude

Positive and charismatic personality

Knowledge and experience on Luxury Golf businesses market, Operation experience, P.R. Guest relations, leadership skills, training skills, team building abilities, development of Golf concepts and Golf Set up designs, luxury amenities programs

Passion to create a detailed and personalized service experience

Lead by example and with understanding
