Role Overview
As a Deployment Engineer, you will be part of our client deployment team, responsible for guaranteeing a smooth delivery of our solutions and supporting our clients. You will work closely with pre‑sales engineering and product development teams to align on client needs and product requirements. The role is located in Mexico.

What You’ll Do

Work in the Client Deployment Team, guaranteeing smooth delivery of solutions, including high‑ and low‑level design with final technical deployment and integration of the solutions.

Plan, prepare, and set up lab, test, and production environments for client and partnership deployments.

Install and configure cloud‑native solutions using Kubernetes.

Automate technical deployments, focusing on increasing efficiency and speed.

Maintain, monitor, administrate, and update current deployments to ensure stability.

Assist with incident management, providing 2nd‑level support, error analysis, and classification.

Coordinate customer requests and disseminate client information.

Unlock operational efficiency in deployment and support procedures.

Requirements

Experience with Linux machines (setup, admin, operation).





Experience with complex networking infrastructures including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing techniques.

Knowledge of telecommunications systems (4G, 5G, IMS).

Hands‑on experience in Kubernetes administration.

Debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark).

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Nice to Have (Optional)

Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing.

Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter.

Experience with public cloud like AWS and GCP.

IMS experience.
