We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving operational efficiency through strong leadership and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Drive machine reliability and reduce downtime through data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage resources and control maintenance costs aligned with budget targets
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while promoting a strong safety culture
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Strong technical knowledge in industrial systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) and automation (PLC, robotics)
Proactive leadership style, strong analytical skills, and ability to drive results in dynamic environments
