**Customer Service Specialist - Insurance**
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our **Insurance Services** team. This role is responsible for providing information, assistance, and support to our Card Members while delivering an exceptional service experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers requesting information or support related to:
- Travel insurance
- Car rental insurance
- Retail insurance (repair or replacement of items purchased with American Express)
- Medical assistance
- Provide clear guidance and follow up on customer requests.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in **Customer Service**, **Assistance**, and/or **Support**:
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work assigned schedules
**Work Schedule**
**Service Window**:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm ET
- Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm ET




- _(Time difference of -1 or -2 hours compared to Mexico City time)_
- More balanced schedules compared to traditional Customer Service roles.
**Paid Training Schedule**:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 6:30 am - 2:30 pm (Mexico City time)
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Base salary**:$18,100 MXN**:
