**Responsibilities**:
- **Product Representation**: Represent Applause with integrity, passion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the product’s features and benefits.
- **Prospect Education**: Help cold prospects understand the value of Applause software, building awareness and interest.
- **Demo Scheduling**:Set qualified demos for interested SMB prospects to meet with AEs, facilitating pipeline growth.
- **Trade Show Engagement**:Call trade show attendees, encourage booth visits, and follow up to nurture leads.
**Qualifications**:




- **Sales Experience**: 1-2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage SMB decision-makers effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with using sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage prospecting and pipeline activities.
- **High-Volume Activity**:Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment.
- **Time Management**:Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance high activity levels with effective follow-ups.
- **Remote Effectiveness**:Proven ability to work in a remote environment with excellent time management, a reliable internet connection, and zero noticeable latency.
- **Work Flexibility**:Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 7 AM - 7 PM EST to support client needs and outreach strategies.
