About the role We are looking for an Enterprise Architecture Manager to define, govern, and evolve the organization's enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology capabilities. This role will play a key part in enabling digital transformation, simplifying the technology landscape, optimizing costs, and building scalable, resilient, and future-ready platforms across the organization. What will you do? Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment between business capabilities, applications, data, integrations, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital channels. Establish and govern architecture principles, standards, and decision-making frameworks across the organization. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, identifying modernization opportunities, technical debt, risks, and investment priorities. Evaluate new technology initiatives, platforms, integrations, and vendor solutions to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and alignment with the target architecture. Drive architecture best practices across applications, cloud, infrastructure, data, and integration domains. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to influence strategic technology decisions and enable enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Platform Architecture, Solution Architecture, or similar technical architecture roles. Solid experience designing enterprise architecture frameworks and technology roadmaps. Strong knowledge of application architecture, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems. Experience leading architecture governance, standards, and technology decision frameworks. Experience working in large, complex organizations undergoing digital transformation. Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (preferred), Archi Mate, or similar. Intermediate to advanced English. What will make you stand out? Experience building or redesigning enterprise architecture from the ground up. Experience in aviation or other highly complex industries such as banking, retail, telecommunications, or transportation. Experience simplifying enterprise technology landscapes and driving modernization initiatives. TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, SAFe, Lean, or Cloud certifications. MBA or postgraduate studies in Technology, Digital Transformation, or related fields
