**Responsibilities**:
- Support **GSSI (Gatorade Sports Science Institute) LATAM projects** across three pillars: nutrition and science education programs for Health Care Professionals (HCPs), athlete services, and digital activations (bots, websites, webinars, etc.).
- Manage the relationship between the Gatorade business and Gatorade Sports Science Institute advisors across LATAM, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective external engagement.
- Provide nutritional guidance and ensure compliance with internal guidelines for innovation and portfolio transformation projects across LATAM, including Natuchips and international beverages (CSDs), supporting claims, consumer communication, and project processes.
- Coordinate and execute external engagement initiatives with Health Care Professionals to strengthen the relationship between the Gatorade brand and key consumer influencers in the region.
- Translate scientific insights into clear nutritional guidance for the marketing team across campaigns, packaging, digital channels, and POS materials,



ensuring strong scientific substantiation and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Qualifications:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition** with a strong scientific foundation; focus or interest in **sports nutrition** is a plus.
- **Advanced English and Spanish proficiency**, with strong communication skills to translate scientific concepts for diverse audiences.
- **1-3 years of experience** in food & beverages, sports nutrition, or pharmaceutical industries, supporting both R&D; and business objectives.
- Strong **ownership, accountability, and proactivity**, with the ability to work in a **matrix, general environment**, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
