About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive who is confident in both consultative and proactive sales strategies. You’ll manage inbound leads while also performing outreach when needed, build a strong pipeline through structured follow-up, and close deals that contribute to our expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales calls to identify customer needs and present solutions
- Manage and update the sales pipeline through CRM tools
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance KPIs
- Provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve the sales process
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in sales or commission-based roles
- Comfortable making sales calls and handling objections
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and high accountability
- Ability to work on-site in Mexico City
