The Role This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Order Management Intern in Mexico City, Mexico with Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Responsibilities Collaborate with commercial operations in automation development
Ensure timely response to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.
Process customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure timely delivery.




Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and relevant stakeholders; resolve order-related issues and discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare monthly reports on order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent English is required.
