Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining supplier scorecards
- Following up and closing supplier quality issues




- Running RFQs for freight for both plants (for every freight is almost a full time job)
- Downloading, issuing, and tracking POs and supplier acknowledgements
- Setting up suppliers in the system (proper docs)
- Chasing expired certifications (ISO,IATF,etc)
- Collecting and uploading documentation for new components (PPAPs, drawings, IMDS, quotes, TDS, etc.). For the Ford washer and Ford/Nissan transfer alone, this will be 100+ parts, making this support critical.
- Importation
- Sustainability data entry (very necessary)
What are we looking for:
- Current study Bachelor of Business administration or any Engineering career
- School insurance
