Role Overview We are looking for a HR Business Partner. This is a key role for running the HR activities to implement and complete the people initiatives for the manufacturing operations. You will be directly reporting to the Senior HR Manager and acting as a strategic partner to the business leaders, driving their people strategy to deliver the strategic objectives.
Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day human resources activities in the plant.
Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
Prepare ad‑hoc and regularly scheduled HR queries and reconcile them with reports from other databases.
Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws,



and standards to new and existing employees.
Support the payroll process and assist with training programs.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
Proven experience across workforce planning, performance management, pay review, talent development, and employee relations.
Fluent in English – 90%.
