Whatwill youdo?
Provide operational and administrative support in trade compliance in each of the plants of the Chillers division

Supervise the execution daily Import and Export operations for the assigned plant with a focus on Customs Compliance.

Ensure compliance with the rules under which the IMMEX program operates

How you will do it:
Supervise the TC specialist and analystlocatedin each plants.

Identifyandvalidatethe type of regimen to be used in the import and export according to the operations

Validate and implement best practices.

Implement and execute of standard process in customs compliance

Review the trade taxes paid by each plant.

Develop strategies to avoid unnecessary costs in imports/exports operations.





Review the status and progress of the consumption process by plant.

Prepare metricsregardingtaxes paid, number of operations conducted by plants, recoveredtaxesand savings obtained at the plant level.

Monitor foreign trade operations with custos broker

Review the process of Annex 24,reportsand reconciliation

Review of entries/pedimentos to complete de process

Review and send expense accounts of customs agents.

Review and safeguard customs files

What are we looking for?
Required:
Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 5 years related experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Senseof urgency.

Multi-task

Problem-solving skills.

English 90%

Proactive

Customs knowledge (classification, import / export process, customs law and rules, management Annex 24, Rule 8, ProsecTFA)
