Document business requirements for reports and dashboards targeted for migration to Power BI

Develop Snowflake queries and data extracts to support Power BI development

Define and document unit test scenarios to validate migrated Power BI and paginated reports

Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support wireframe design

Profil

Report Rationalization – Identify reports that can be deprecated, consolidated, or streamlined for efficiency

Power BI Environment Optimization – Provide recommendations to enhance performance, scalability, and governance

Change Management & Training – Develop a change management plan and deliver training to support long-term adoption and success

Pilot Report Migration – Execute a pilot migration of selected reports to Power BI to validate approach and gather feedback

Semantic Data Model Recommendation – Propose a scalable and reusable semantic data model to support enterprise reporting needs
