About the Role
CEVA Logistics Mexico is looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst & WMS Super User to join our Information Technology team.

In this role, you will support both office and warehouse operations by ensuring the reliability of IT infrastructure and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You will provide technical support, participate in system implementations, coordinate testing activities, train end users, and support go-live deployments while working closely with Operations, IT, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support





Provide first and second-level technical support for office and warehouse users.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, RF scanners, and network equipment.

Resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.

Support IT infrastructure projects, warehouse implementations, and technology deployments.

Perform software installations, system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and asset management.

Manage incidents through the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform while meeting SLAs.

Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate IT standards.

Act as the primary WMS Super User during system implementations and warehouse deployments.

Coordinate and participate in QA, UAT, and go-live activities.

Train end users and develop operational documentation and work instructions.

Support warehouse teams by troubleshooting system issues and ensuring successful user adoption.

Collaborate with Operations, IT, and project teams to continuously improve warehouse processes and system performance.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a customer-focused IT professional with experience supporting warehouse operations and business systems.



The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure support skills with experience in WMS implementations, user training, and operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure Support, Help Desk, or Warehouse Systems.

Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations.

Experience with system implementations, QA/UAT testing, user training, and go-live support.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.

Experience supporting RF devices, printers, warehouse technology, and end-user equipment.

Familiarity with ITSM platforms and cybersecurity best practices.

Advanced English.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Availability to travel across Mexico.
