Partnering with our U.S.-based sales teams -and occasionally with the end user directly-.-You’ll review customer credit files and existing account activity to make approval decisions for new service activations.-We’ll rely on your analysis to spot trends and make sound business decisions that protect the company and our customers from revenue losses associated with fraud and non-payment.Requirements for this opportunity:- Native / Bilingual Proficiency- highly fluent (native) in English comprehension, speaking and writing.- High school education (some college is a bonus).- 2 years of related experience – customer service, billing, collections, loss prevention.- The ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and all levels of management via telephone,
