At WK Kellogg Co, we’re looking for Production Operators who are passionate about quality, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you’ll help ensure our production lines run smoothly and meet the highest standards of food safety and productivity.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Operate production equipment and machinery following established procedures.
- Perform basic adjustments on the line to maintain continuous flow and minimize downtime.
- Monitor quality and safety parameters throughout the process (weight, sealing, labeling, etc.).
- Comply with HACCP, GMP, and all industrial safety policies.
- Report deviations, equipment issues, or potential risks promptly to your supervisor.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment according to production schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, waste reduction, efficiency projects).
- Record production data accurately in required systems or formats.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve productivity and quality goals.
QUALIFICATIONS




**Education**: Completed secondary education.
**Experience**: Ideally 1 year in manufacturing or food industry processes.
**Knowledge**:
- Basic operation of industrial machinery.
- Safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP).
**Skills**:
- Strong teamwork and effective communication.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a dynamic environment.
**Conditions**:
- Availability for rotating shifts.
- Strict adherence to safety and quality policies.
