Responsibilities

Lead analysis and documentation of current and future‑state business workflows

Design and optimize billing processes within Epic Resolute

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams

Support testing cycles (UAT, performance, and product testing)

Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams

Contribute to system implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives

Ensure high‑quality delivery aligned with client expectations

Qualifications

Proven +1 experience as an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Sr. Analyst or Team Lead

Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification (required)
