**JOB SUMMARY**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leads the development, modification, and maintenance of quality evaluation and control plans and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
- Leads the development and implementation of methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
- Leads the design and analysis of inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
- Assists with managing Part Files that define statistical analysis requirements and any associated control limits, as needed, for Predisys SPC/SPC.
- Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
- Assists in the process for ensuring that corrective actions (CAPA) are completed in accordance with relevant ISO requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485), Nypro Advance Problem Solving methods, and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
- May provide direction and mentoring to less experienced QA Engineers.
- Demonstrated competence in Quality Engineering body of knowledge.
- Writes, reviews, approves process validations/qualifications in accordance with Nypro and customer requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of Drug Master Files (DMF) submissions (Healthcare GBU only) and Reports. DMFs are to be submitted by Nypro’s Official Correspondent to the FDA.
- Support plant Quality System software validation as needed.
- May manage the internal supplier third party and FDA quality audits.
- Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary
The Quality Systems Coordinator at Jabil, Inc. plays a vital role in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS). This position ensures compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, contributing to the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, TL9000, ANSI/ESD S20.20, AS9100, ISO 13485).
- Coordinate and support general, internal and external quality audits, including scheduling, facilitating, and documenting findings.
- Manage and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs),
ensuring timely closure and effectiveness verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
- Support the control of non-conforming materials and processes, including documentation, disposition, and root cause analysis.
- Facilitate quality training programs for employees, ensuring awareness and adherence to QMS requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
- Prepare and present quality performance data and reports to management.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Assist in the management of calibration activities for equipment and instruments.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, TL9000, ANSI/ESD S20.20, AS9100, ISO 13485).
- Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., CAPA, root cause analysis, statistical process control).
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
