Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Aguascalientes.

Program Management Manager role involves leading and oversee the end-to-end execution of manufacturing programs, ensuring delivery of production, quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives. The role is responsible for optimizing resources and operational capacity while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and manufacturing excellence.

What a typical day looks like:

- Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.
- Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.
- Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables.
- Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives.
- Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment.
- Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.




- Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes.
- Participating in lean initiatives

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree
- Extensive knowledge of Lean concepts.
- Great leadership skills.
- Ability to manage clients and GAM's.
- Team builder.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Continuous clear, fast and effective communication inside and outside Flex.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation capacity.
