We're hiring: Senior Media Buyer (Mexico Market) — Credy

Credy is scaling a performance-driven lead generation operation for financial institutions across Mexico. We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own paid acquisition end-to-end — strategy, budget, creative testing, and funnel optimization.

This isn't a "run someone else's playbook" role. You'll build the media buying function from the ground up.

What you'll do

Plan, launch & optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & programmatic

Own budget allocation and pacing

Run structured A/B tests on creative, audience & offer to drive down CPL/CPA

Analyze funnel performance from click → qualified lead → conversion

Negotiate with ad platform reps as spend scales

Mentor & eventually manage junior media buyers

Report to leadership with real insights, not just dashboards

What we're looking for

4+ years hands-on media buying, ideally in lead gen (financial services or another regulated/high-CPL vertical)

Deep platform expertise:



Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads minimum; TikTok, programmatic or native a plus

Fluent in CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV — comfortable making budget calls based on the numbers

Experience buying media in Mexico or broader LatAm

Professional English

Strong analytical instincts — spreadsheet as comfortable as ads dashboard

A builder's mindset

Nice to have

Fintech / lending experience

Attribution modeling & multi-touch funnels

Experience managing a small team or agency of buyers

Fluent Spanish
