At DMC, we are in a growth phase within our Apparel category, developing products for national and international brands.

We are looking for someone passionate about organization, process improvement, and project follow-up—someone who enjoys coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that every development progresses on time and as planned.

This role is not focused on garment design, but rather on managing the entire product development process, serving as a key link between Design, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and our clients.

Role Objective

Manage and oversee the end-to-end Apparel product development process, ensuring proper planning, updating, and control of each style from initial request through release for production.

This role is responsible for maintaining visibility across all projects, identifying risks in a timely manner, and coordinating the different areas involved to meet established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full product development workflow.
- Monitor the daily status of each style.
- Maintain and update the master project database.
- Coordinate progress across Design, Development, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Laboratory teams.
- Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks before they impact the client.
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards for management reviews.
- Track deliverables such as:
- Materials
- Strike-Offs
- Fit Samples
- PPS Samples
- Testing
- Approvals
- Provide visibility on priorities and committed deadlines.
- Propose continuous improvements to development processes.
- Participate in the future implementation of management tools such as PLM.

Candidate Profile





More than a specific degree, we are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented individual.

Suggested fields of study:

- Business Management Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Logistics
- Business Administration
- Process Engineering
- Or equivalent experience in project coordination or product development.

Preferred Skills

- Project planning and tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Pivot tables and formulas.

- KPI development and tracking.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
