We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as a Payroll Analyst .

This position belongs to the BPS (Business Process Solutions) area of the company

Requirements

- Knowledge of Mexican Social Security Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and Income Tax Law (ISR)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with severance payments and profit sharing (PTU) calculations
- Experience with the "TRESS" payroll system (this is desirable; experience with any ERP system is sufficient)




- 1-2 years of experience in payroll calculation.

Responsibilities

- Processing mass updates in HRIS
- Maintain Payroll employee data
- Process electronic/ manual T&A;
- Supporting on-cycle Payroll
- Payroll source to gross transaction processing

Qualifications

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and logical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Thinks outside of the box.
- Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
- Problem solving abilities.

- Salary: Up to $25k MXN (based on candidate experience and qualifications).
- Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
- Type of work: On-site training. Hybrid work model after training.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
