Maintenance Manager

Location: Cd. Júarez Chihuahua

Your tasks:

- Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and ensure UPTIME is effectively controlled.
- Manage the EAM system.
- Follow up on corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives for machinery, buildings, and facilities.
- Manage the annual maintenance budget.
- Control the purchasing and consumption of spare parts, consumables, and indirect materials.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance team activities.
- Maintain and update internal documentation.
- Follow up on contractor quotations and projects.
- Coordinate the receipt, installation, and release of new tools and equipment.
- Verify and maintain updated facility layouts.
- Understand and apply company policies and procedures.

Required skills and knowledge:

- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation.




- RCM (Reliability‑Centered Maintenance) analysis.
- Predictive maintenance techniques.
- Time and project management.
- Lean manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard.
- EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems management.
- Knowledge of machinery maintenance, maintenance planning, SMED, TPM, 5S, Poka‑Yoke, plant layout, ergonomics, continuous improvement, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
