Job Purpose

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is looking for a dynamic, results‑driven individual to join as a Customer Service Representative. Under the direct supervision of the Materials & Logistics Manager, the role focuses on ensuring that customer orders are accurate and serves as the primary point of contact for communication of order status, related issues, and timely delivery.

Key Accountabilities

- Receive customer information and update orders accurately and promptly, following delivery policies.
- Communicate customer requirements on behalf of the customer to the Production Control area.
- Request timely shipment of available finished product inventory.
- Provide customers with timely feedback on the status of their orders.
- Place, cancel, and expedite orders.
- Act as the official representative of the company to maintain efficient communication and a healthy working relationship with clients, continually striving to improve this relationship.
- Keep management informed about existing or potential problems that could prevent order delivery.

Qualifications





- Degree in Administration, International Trade, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ERP system.
