Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive professional to support procurement operations by managing supplier relationships, executing purchasing processes, analyzing data, and negotiating with vendors. This role plays a key part in ensuring a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and services while supporting operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications & Key Skills

- 5-7 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement, with solid exposure to sourcing and supplier management.
- Bilingual in English, with the ability to apply best practices in strategic sourcing and purchasing.
- Proven negotiation skills for commercial agreements, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape to support market development initiatives.
- Ability to manage short-, mid-, and long-term objectives, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, cost optimization, and savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, performance monitoring, and supplier development.
- Execute end-to-end purchasing processes, ensuring accuracy in procurement records and systems.
- Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and compliance to maintain high operational standards.
- Conduct price analysis and supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings and best value.
- Analyze purchasing data and support initiatives to optimize costs and improve procurement efficiency.
- Manage procurement requests for raw materials, indirect materials, services,



and subcontracting.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records.
- Support inventory monitoring and materials planning to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and general strategy partners to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Identify risks, resolve procurement issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requisitos

- 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement, with solid exposure to sourcing and supplier management.
- Bilingual in English, with the ability to apply best practices in strategic sourcing and purchasing.
- Proven negotiation skills for commercial agreements, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape to support market development initiatives.

- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, working effectively across functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
