Responsibilities

- Responsible to perform TMS execution on his area of responsibility Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance activities.
- Delivers the JPH / OPE every day, volumen attainment according to his area of responsibility.
- Develop the EWO (root cause analysis) and execute countermeasures to eliminate the causes.
- Manage the union resources; only point of contact with union people and follow and execute Shop Floor Management.

Basic Skills

- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
- ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots.
- ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks.
- Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
- Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding.
- Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems.




- Advanced knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems.
- GD&T; knowledge.
- Knowledge of induction curing systems.
- Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems.
- Knowledge and management of non-new model projects.
- Maintenance cost management.
- Knowledge of electrical substations.
- Compressors, cooling towers, and extraction systems.
