Customer Service Reps are at the forefront of a fast-paced strategic environment. Our customers require individuals who think strategically, plan ahead of rapidly changing situations, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude. These reps must be organized, engaged, and results-driven.

What you’ll be doing:

- Soliciting and acquiring daily, weekly, and monthly freight
- Accurately booking orders and entering data in the system
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Maintaining freight commitments using system tools
- Communicating with customers on load changes, status updates, and late load notices; documenting communication events
- Tracking freight to proactively identify issues that may cause late deliveries and coordinating plans to swap and save on-time delivery
- Quickly and effectively solving problems
- Ensuring strong follow‑through and frequently updating customers on high‑profile loads
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining organization
- Updating customers on equipment availability




- Escalating issues to management and documenting customer operating procedures

What we require:

- Strong phone and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and a proactive mindset
- Results-driven work ethic
- Prior transportation experience preferred
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated skill in managing large account relationships
- Ability to de‑escalate upset customers, listening, offering sympathy and solutions, and closing interactions
- Ability to communicate details and recognize what information is important to each specific customer
