Drive the plant’s sustainability strategy, aligning it with the 10 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) action areas, with a special focus on decarbonization.

- Conduct risk analysis and site sustainability reporting using methodologies such as GRI, SASB, and ESG standards.
- Raise awareness and provide training on ESG culture.
- Design ESG strategies.
- Ability to build relationships with institutions and companies to develop partnerships and strategies.

Experience, knowledge and skills

- Degree in Sustainable Development Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge in the field of sustainability according to the ESG methodology.
- Knowledge of sustainability risk and opportunity analysis (CSR, carbon footprint, water footprint, etc.).
- Teamwork and leadership.
- Data analysis and attention to detail.
- Risk-based and process-oriented thinking.
- Passion and interest in sustainability.
