This role focuses on supplier management, sourcing, negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely acquisition of indirect purchasing; facilities and services, while complying with company policies and procedures. **What a typical day looks like:*** Manage and follow up on procurement requirements from multiples sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.* Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve optimal commercial agreements, including lead times, pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions.* Analyze quotations, compare proposals, and recommend the best sourcing options based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements.* Prepare reports and procurement analyses using Excel tools, including pivot tables and data analysis.* Provide support and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.* Execute tactical purchasing decisions and support corporate sourcing initiatives.* Manage sourcing events, RFQs, supplier bidding processes,
