We have an exciting opportunity for a Operational Excellence Project Manager

Role Objective

Lead the execution of the operational excellence strategy, ensuring effective project management and value creation across key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects delivering business results.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and executable projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Track progress, risks, costs, and performance against objectives.




- Identify opportunities to improve processes, costs, and productivity.
- Apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure value capture and P&L; impact realization.
- Promote the use of analytics, automation, and AI in projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in project management, operations, or transformation.
- Experience leading complex and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMO, Agile, etc.).
- Strong operational and P&L; understanding.
- Strong execution and organizational skills.
- For male candidates: National Military Service Card released (where applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.
- Experience in data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Project management or agile certifications.
