We're looking for professionals with:

* 1 year of experience providing IT support to end users.
* Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware issues.
* Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on laptops and desktop computers.
* Experience managing hardware warranties with manufacturers such as Dell, HP, or Lenovo.
* Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS.
* Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
* Conversational English (B2 level).

Nice to Have

* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
* Experience installing and configuring printers and peripherals.
* IT asset and inventory management.
* Computer equipment lifecycle and asset control.
* Experience documenting incidents, technical procedures,



and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide on-site technical support to internal users.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment.
* Manage hardware warranties and coordinate repairs with vendors and manufacturers.
* Log, track, and resolve incidents using IT service management tools.
* Install and configure computers, software applications, printers, and peripherals.
* Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and service quality.
