Inside Sales Representative

Arrow Electronics is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to act as the liaison between suppliers and customers, building and establishing long‑term business partnerships and propelling sales growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing account relationships by providing strategic service and support to your assigned customer base.
- Managing the Quote to Invoice process – coordinate resources, process customer quotations, negotiate pricing, and notify customers of any price changes.
- Providing excellent service to customers: submitting quotes promptly, ensuring on‑time delivery, working with internal and external partners to procure products, troubleshooting customer problems, and maintaining regular communication.
- Prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales‑ready opportunities.
- Supporting ongoing sales activities for the Order to Invoice process.
- Coordinating internal meetings to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Facilitating meetings with customers to address expedites, shortages, price disputes, quality issues, and other concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

- 5 years of inside sales experience.
- Strong sales and negotiating abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.




- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills for challenging situations.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills for price increases, internal reviews, and supporting customer activities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home.

Compensation

Annual hiring range: $38,541.67 - $40,147.56 MXN monthly. Vigente compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level.
