We are expanding our international B2B sales team focused on the US market

At Automation Supply, we are looking for experienced, results-driven B2B Sales Agents who understand technical products and know how to generate real revenue.

This role is designed for professionals with experience in electrical distribution, industrial automation, low-voltage components, control panels, OEMs, system integrators, or industrial B2B sales.

What you will sell

You will work with a strong international portfolio including:

Schneider Electric, Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens, Phoenix contact, Weidmuller, WAGO and other leading manufacturers.

What you will do

- Build and manage your own B2B sales pipeline
- Identify, approach and onboard new clients
- Work with electrical wholesalers, OEMs, panel builders, contractors and industrial clients
- Drive monthly sales turnover and long-term account growth
- Maintain all activity in HubSpot CRM
- Use our B2B platform to check products, pricing and existing customer activity

What we are looking for

- Proven experience in B2B or technical sales
- Experience in electrical, automation, industrial or engineering sectors
- Existing network in electrical or industrial market = strong advantage




- Ability to generate your own pipeline and close deals independently
- Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to work remotely with full ownership

Compensation

- Guaranteed minimum: USD 500 / month
- Commission structure (monthly turnover):
- 3.5% up to USD 200,000
- 2% above USD 200,000
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
