We are looking for an exceptional Head of Growth & AI to lead the next stage of our company's growth.

This is not a traditional Marketing Manager role.

We are looking for someone obsessed with building systems that generate revenue, automate processes, leverage AI, and scale our global marketing efforts.

Your Mission

Own the entire growth engine of the company.

Your objective is simple:

Generate more qualified leads, improve conversion rates, increase revenue, and build scalable AI-powered marketing systems.

What You'll OwnGrowth & Revenue

- Build and optimize our complete customer acquisition strategy.
- Increase qualified leads across all markets.
- Improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Work directly with Sales to maximize revenue.
- Optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.

AI & Automation

- Integrate AI into every marketing process.
- Build automations using platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar.
- Design AI workflows that reduce manual work.
- Evaluate and implement new AI tools continuously.
- Build AI-powered content production systems.

Digital Marketing

- Paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- SEO strategy
- SEM strategy
- Landing pages
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- A/B Testing




- Email Marketing
- Marketing Automation
- CRM Optimization

Content Strategy

Lead the strategy behind all content while managing our creative team.

This includes:

- Educational content
- Social media
- Video strategy
- Congresses
- Workshops
- Webinars
- Physician education
- Product launches

You won't necessarily create the content yourself—you'll ensure the right content is produced to drive business growth.

Sales Enablement

Collaborate daily with Sales to develop:

- Campaigns
- Product launches
- Sales funnels
- Lead nurturing
- Follow-up automation
- CRM optimization

Analytics

Own the company's growth dashboard.

Track and improve:

- Revenue
- CAC
- ROAS
- Conversion Rate
- MQLs
- SQLs
- Lead Velocity
- Customer Acquisition Cost
- Customer Lifetime Value
