If you are looking for an opportunity to join a thriving, dynamic organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and an action-oriented culture, this role is perfect for you.The Marketing Junior will participate in the development and launch of innovative personal care products for the Mexican market, identifying local consumer opportunities, leading the process from concept to execution at the point of sale, and ensuring differentiated proposals that drive profitable growth and brand positioning against the competition.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze consumer trends, competition, and the specific needs of the Mexican consumer.Identify growth opportunities by category, channel, or region.Conduct price analysis versus competitors by market type and product.Development of special purchase proposals tailored by client / seasonal products.
Presentation of items, costings,



packaging, and rationale of the proposal focused on the specific client.Development of technical data sheets highlighting technologies and benefits; provision of support materials such as photos and videos, descriptions, logistical data, and QR codes.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, knowledge of Public Relations and Trade Marketing.Proven experience in costing, bundles, and price lists.Client negotiation for in-store strategies, exchanges, promotions, and special displays.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
