Position Summary

Ensure that manufactured parts (welded and machined) meet manufacturing and design criteria specified by engineering. Ensure that documents received by BGM and delivered to the client comply with applicable standards and specifications, and prepare required quality compliance documents.

Essential Responsibilities

- Visual inspection of the general condition of manufactured goods upon receipt at the plant.
- Dimensional inspection of received materials according to the applicable drawings defined by the engineering department (bases, stools, columns, heads, etc.).
- Preparation and distribution of non-conforming and rejected product reports.
- Control and disposal of accepted, non-conforming, and rejected materials after dimensional inspection.
- Control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the material's condition upon receipt.
- Inspection, validation, and control of quality compliance documents (CMTR, reports, etc.) according to applicable specifications and standards.
- Preparation and control of quality compliance documents (ITP, reports, certificates of conformity, etc.)

- Preparation, distribution, and control of non-conforming and rejected product reports.
- Control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the manufacturing process for different projects.
- Clean, organize, and store the tools/equipment/instruments used during your workday, leaving a clean work area according to the 6S standard.
- Conduct one safety observation per month and propose an action to improve or resolve the observation.
- Protect your own safety and that of your colleagues when performing safe maneuvers with equipment of any size.
- Monitor your assigned workload at all times and report any questions, anomalies, or discrepancies to your immediate supervisor.
- Physically carry the pump from its assembly area to the testing area, maintaining order at all times.

Position Requirements

- Education: Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Conversational English.
