Descripción

- Lead and ensure the accurate execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the cluster.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information, as well as compliance with corporate policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to established internal controls.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and executive analysis for senior management.
- Monitor key financial indicators (KPIs)



and propose initiatives to improve business performance.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen finance teams within the assigned operations.
- Act as a strategic Business Partner to operational leaders to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations across the entities under responsibility.

Perfil buscado

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Controlling (minimum 5 years) across multiple operations.
- Proven experience managing P&L; and complex financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in financial ERP systems.
