Softtek is seeking an L2 Messaging Support Proficient to provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft server infrastructure. The successful candidate will work extensively with Microsoft 365 services including Teams and Outlook, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in messaging support, strong communication skills, and an ITIL orientation. This position is open to remote work from Mexico.
