Main Responsibilities

- Monitor and track shipments, container movements, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time transportation and accurate status updates.
- Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal departments to support inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, container locations, arrivals, departures, delays, and transportation activities.
- Verify shipping documentation and ensure all logistics information is complete, accurate, and properly communicated.
- Identify, report, and follow up on transportation issues, delays, and route changes while supporting shipment priorities and operational requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration,



or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, import/export, or supply chain operations.
- Experience tracking containers, shipments, or transportation units.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Advanced English proficiency.
