Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm EST

Monthly Salary : USD 2,000 - 2,500

Role Overview

One of our clients is looking for a strong, experienced Head of Operations to act as the CEO’s right hand and oversee the company’s day-to-day execution. Your goal: build a reliable, scalable operational system that can support our growth to $50M–$100M+. This role requires someone who is organized, decisive, excellent under pressure, and able to lead people and processes with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, Amazon, Shopify/DTC, and fulfillment.
- Ensure products are manufactured, stocked, and delivered on time.
- Improve processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase efficiency.
- Manage and grow a remote team (currently 8 → 25+).
- Handle hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team structure.




- Maintain a high-performance, accountable work culture.

System & Process Improvement

- Strengthen and maintain SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Ensure communication, reporting, and follow-ups happen on time.
- Improve operational visibility for leadership.

Amazon & DTC Oversight

- Oversee Amazon listings, inventory, PPC, and performance.
- Optimize Shopify operations, subscription flow, and customer experience.

Finance & Performance Optimization

- Work with leadership to protect margins and reduce operational costs.
- Identify problems early and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure no revenue is lost due to operational issues.

Requirements

- Fitness is part of your culture!
- Experience scaling operations for e-commerce, CPG, or supplement brand.
- Experience managing remote teams of 15–40+ people.
- Strong background in operations, supply chain, Amazon Seller Central, and process improvement.
- Calm, organized, decisive, and highly reliable.
