This role requires to relocate to Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Concierge/VIP Butler to join our team in Grand Cayman. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious setting, providing exceptional service to our high-end clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for tailoring itineraries, assisting with VIP guest needs, and learning Front Desk duties.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide personalized concierge services to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience during their stay.
- Tailor itineraries based on guests' preferences and needs.
- Anticipate and address guest needs, handling any requests promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with other departments, including the Front Desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Learn and assist with Front Desk duties as needed.
- Maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Provide VIP services for high-profile guests, ensuring privacy and exclusive attention.

Requirements :





- Proven experience in a concierge, butler, or similar role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Experience working with VIP guests and high-profile clientele.
- Ability to tailor itineraries and provide personalized recommendations.
- Willingness to learn Front Desk duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
