- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
- Manage PCQI for Food export to the US.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulations.
- Lead quality audits and manage corrective and preventive action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor the quality team to achieve departmental goals.
- Oversee supplier quality management and implement improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety,



and environmental standards within the facility.

Perfil buscado

A successful Quality Manager should have:

- Advanced English Level.
- Proven expertise in quality management, particularly within the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in manufacturing (BRC, FSSC 22000, SQF).
- PCQI Certified.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate quality metrics and drive improvements.
- Strong leadership experience in managing quality teams and fostering collaboration.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
