A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a **Tax Preparation and General Accounting** to join its finance team.
Responsible for managing general accounting and tax activities, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and timely financial reporting.
Supports business decision-making by providing reliable financial information and analysis.
**- Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns, including ISR, (IVA), IMSS, and INFONAVIT.
- Ensure compliance with **SAT** regulations and electronic invoicing requirements (**CFDI 4.0**).
- Manage payroll-related tax obligations and employee statutory contributions.
- Prepare timely financial and tax reports to support management decision-making.
- Support internal and external tax audits and respond to tax authority requests.
- Provide guidance on tax planning initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure timely implementation of new regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate tax documentation and records in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance,



Payroll, and other cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance across the organization.
**- Qualifications and Experience Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in tax compliance within Mexico.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, accounting principles, and fixed asset accounting.
- Experience with SAT regulations and electronic invoicing processes (CFDI 4.0).
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
